Our engagement began with a discovery call, where we discussed our goals and pain points, the audience we wanted to focus on. Then they ran a competitor analysis to understand what tactics were used by the competition and what we could expect from the future engagement. At that point, we thought we knew the keywords we wanted to target, but those turned out to be pretty competitive and SYMVOLT recommended focusing on the low hanging fruits for starters and pay more attention to the long tail phrases to build up the brand authority and get our foot in the door - that’s Google that I am referring to :) 

So we went ahead with their strategy, and we saw the first measurable results in I think less than 90 days. I don’t know if that’s great or it could be better, but what I know is that we’re in an extremely competitive environment and companies are willing to pay an arm and a leg to get their hands on quality hot leads, like the ones we get from our SEO channel. So, I’d say that getting a dozen or so SQLs within 90 days is impressive and deserves a round of applause! Good job SYMVOLT team!

We doubled our monthly online leads in the first 5 months. The remarkable thing about SEO is that our numbers keep going up

I have been working with Susan and Eugene most of the time. They are very hardworking people, ready to assist us day or night.

We run our campaigns on Google, Instagram and Facebook and we have our weekly follow up calls and I like the fact that every time they are well-prepared with their updates and always have their new set of ideas, scaling opportunities and new tests that they want to do to improve the performance of our campaigns. These guys far surpassed my expectations of what I thought they were going to bring to the table.

My expectation for this initiative was to get us in the profitable zone within 3-5 months. I don’t know exactly what Symvolt team did but we saw measurable results in month 1. I can’t tell you how happy I was :) What we see now is that our cost per lead is going down, we seem to be having better conversion rates and we’re keeping the budget at bay.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? We have a great, effective line of communication. Even though there are several departments involved we’ve never experienced any issues with the communication.

Their ideas, creative thinking and a ton of inspiration they bring to the table is very impressive. We try to be realistic with out expectations, but sometimes the volume of new ideas makes us feel too excited. In all honesty, I don’t see us achieving this kind of remarkable results on our own.

Symvolt asked for access to our platforms and analytics, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft and Google Ads. We had a great introduction call to cover the campaign specifics, strategy, timeline and the business areas we’d be focusing most of our attention on. 

After this the Symvolt fellas put together the campaigns and effectively activated those across different channels for us. From than point on they have been managing, running and optimizing every little thing about our ads.

Symvolt helped us reduced the campaign delivery time by about 35%. The landing page conversion went up, and the cost per acquisition dropped by 39%. What is surprising is that these results took no more than a month - and that’s just mind blowing! WOW

We’ve seen a great increase as far as the performance for our contents in Google search. SEO doesn’t happen overnight, so you need to be patient. It’s like going to the gym and hoping to grow some muscle mass - you need to be patient! Anyway, as of now we’re getting an average of 72,000 - 75,000 traffic hits/month, there are over 2800 keywords we’re being ranked for by Google, and almost all of them are super relevant to what we do.

They are providing a superior service, and I mean it. I am a picky customer, and most of the time I am not easy to work with. We had lots of changes to our plans, and Symvolt were extremely professional and patient to continue working with us and deliver amazing results

Symvolt people were very quick to understand what we wanted. We’re in healthcare business and even though it’s not rocket science still it takes a lot of effort to know how to design and execute a proper content plan and deliver the type of content that would be a “WOW!”
