I’m the founder and owner of the company. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SymSAFE Pty. Ltd.?

I needed an app and website to sell the products online. First the web was created, and after its successful completion and launch, they started working on our mobile app.

What were your goals for this project?

They created wireframes so that I can get the idea of how they will carry out the things. Also, they helped me in knowing what exactly I'm looking for, where I'm wrong and what can be done instead.

The work is complete and it is live now, and running successfully. The English version is live and I'm now trying to get it multi-lingual in different languages from SymSAFE only. So, everything is fine, and I look forward to work with SymSAFE again.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them online. I talked to a few other companies but didn’t feel that they took the time to really think about what I needed. But, SymSAFE don’t try to take advantage of their customers by assuming the client doesn’t know anything about programming.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

SymSAFE developed a website first, and once I get assured that they are best fit for my work. I asked them to develop the mobile apps also for the Android and iOS. It manages live updates via an admin panel.

Before we started the project, they took about three weeks to talk about the idea in order to understand it to the fullest. I explained our needs and showed them examples of what I wanted. They gone through with it, and guided me on where I was wrong. The work is complete and it is live now.

What was the team composition?

I worked with their Project Manager who might have had about three or four teammates working on the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The work done by SymSAFE team has a huge impact on my work, obviously positive. The quality is actually above what I expected and they fixed any bugs. They did everything I asked of them and more. Because they took the time to understand what I wanted, they delivered a great product. So, overall I'm happy with what they did and what I get.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I communicated with one of the Project Manager of the SymSAFE. It was very smooth and easy on-going in doing the things. It was very easy to communicate with him. Their manager holds experience in handling the team and making them understand what I actually want. He was always available every time whenever I had a question.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

At the end of the day, they kept me updated with everything they did on my project. Companies that I worked with before didn't update me more than maybe once a week. SymSAFE updated me every day, even if they have done a small piece of work. The SymSAFE team made everything clear for us to understand. Overall, my experience has been positive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything about SymSAFE is good, and I would score them 9/10, as there is always a scope for betterment. :)
