The planning of the project was adequate in time, and the communication was fluent through all available audio visuals and text, communication was not a problem. Their management style is very direct and they are capable of working at all organizational levels

their creativity, they always have good ideas to solve things

Perhaps the only area that they should improve is the training area for platform users, their training is easy for people familiar with the use of different platforms, but they should contemplate people with less experience or knowledge in those areas.

We engage with Francisco and his company for UI/UX project with one existing customer. We are a software development shop, and we don't have UI/UX talent on our team. That's why we look more for a partner with experience and a pool of talent available.

We were looking for a dedicated UI/UX expert that could design an eCommerce website from scratch based on some other samples or ideas.

This project was vital for us since we couldn't afford to lose credibility with our existing customer, which we have a long term relationship.

Our main design factor to go for Sweven was that we share a similar mindset regarding customer engagement/management; we find in Sweven many synergies and a very professional way of work besides knowing what they are talking about.

It was an ecommerce website the UI/UX design from scratch building wireframing to final design assets for developers to work on it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time and on budget. Still, maybe the most important outcome was the way they work with a very demanding customer and was able to meet all the expectations and, during the process, get a couple of "great work" quotes from our customer, this was the main thing we wanted to accomplish from Sweven and this was what we got!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We use different tools like MS teams, Adobe XD and others. The communication was always clear, very responsive, professional.

They managed to be proactive and always tried to accommodate their schedule to meet our customer expectations, even working on weekends, which we genuinely appreciate.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have multiple strengths; I would highlight that they are straightforward to work with, and we found an immediate business philosophy alignment. Also, the quality of the work is always at a high level.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have met our expectations at 100%, and we can't think of anything at the moment. They know what they are doing!

It has created a positive impact, before we had zero social media strategy, plus we didn't have a modern logo or even a website that met the demands of our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Excellent communication between us and them during the whole process , we still have open communication channels in slack for our projects

The strategy they use to know which user is going to use our services is very good from a UX perspective. In addition, they used an agile methodology that helped to quickly control the project.
