I am the founder of Webninjaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are in developing and designing web applications.

So we hired swell country for our lead generation process. The goals were to increase the number of quality leads that we get.

So we have a long-term relationship with Yusuke and swell country. We have seen their work ethic and the team is very dedicated and very responsive which helped us decide on the vendor.

The scope of work was to help us in getting good leads for our business. Swell country helped us in strategizing the lead generation process they also set up our LinkedIn campaigns and google ads campaigns. They build a communication flow in setting up initial discussions which really helped us in converting more.

3 senior and mid-level resources were involved in it.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to boost up our leads to 40% with a similar amount spent compared to what we were spending earlier.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were using slack for communications which really helped the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The work ethic and the communication are something that really impressed me about the company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can not really think of anything as of now.

I'm the marketing manager at Marukome USA Inc. Marukome USA Inc. is a food manufacturer making Miso paste, Amazake drinks, and Soy protein products.

We asked Swell Country to remake our website and make it into an eCommerce which we have never done and work on our Facebook ads.

Swell Country had great reviews and after contacting him, he was very knowledgeable and had a great turnaround time. Also, his professional portfolio was great.

We had first connected about our goals for the website and expectations from us about Swell Country. After talking about what we wanted on the website, he made some mockups which made it very clear and easy for us to understand what direction he was taking us. we also talked about our likes and dislikes about his visuals and changed a few things here and there. They have exceeded our expectations.

The project manager and owner were both who I talked to which made my conversation easy to make.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of our website and FB ads, we saw numbers we never expected. from the start of the project, we saw sales from day 1, also our first quarter was up 800% from day 1 and higher through 2020.

we had daily conversations about how we wanted to move and where the project was headed. we also talked about content creation and translation as well because our main website was in Japanese. we mainly talked over the phone since we wanted to talk to him directly. with the project manager, we talked over emails and zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

after the partnership was done, they made sure we were very happy with the project. they also changed some things we wanted differently with particular pages. met our sudden change of heart instantly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

nothing in particular. since they were the second company we asked to do this project, I wish we talked to them first. the first company never finished and took half of our money.
