I’m the managing partner of a D2C beach cart retailer.

We needed someone to provide us with fulfillment and logistics services.

Sweetwater Logistics is our primary 3PL (Third-party Logistics) partner. They help us with executing orders on Shopify, as well as freight forwarding processes.

I mainly work with a receiving manager and share a longstanding relationship with Steve (President).

They were highly recommended by a different logistics partner we initially had issues with.

So far, we’ve invested more than $250,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2016.

In a D2C world, there’s no leniency for shipping late. Sweetwater understands that, so they fill orders in a timely fashion.

I can’t find an area in their services where they have any shortcomings.
