BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a full service inbound DMC (Destination Management Company) based in Porto, Portugal. I am the owner.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Audienz, and what were your goals?

We needed to move our website to a new platform and update content from the past 15 years. The Audienz helped us to do this so that we did not losing any ranking in Google and other search engines, and also advised on how to go further as grow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Attentiveness and knowledge. The team knows what they are doing, are great at explaining the how and why of actions and provides real results.

We had worked together before, so they knew our site. Our problem was to clean old content that had some malware injected, and also to find content we had that was not helping, and to highlight content that could help us grow. They audited the whole site and then provided step-by-step instructions for what to do to manage our existing content. During this and after the end of the project, they continued to monitor our site and help us to know when we could act on opportunities that came up. .

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We feel we ended up with a solid base on which to grow further. We are looking now to work with them again to take our site to the next level. Our expectations were met and we feel that the whole project was a success.
