We needed a mobile app and website combination for our school and community based clients to enable them to communicate relevant information to students and members. The app had to be integrated with the website.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a simple and seamless integration between website and mobile app with a backend platform that would not only support both but reduce the need for double handling of content

1 Project manager assigned to us .. he was brilliant. Occasional discussion with developers but always in the presence of our Project manager

Great uptake of app especially in the school environment

As an impatient client things can always be done faster ... but I understand technical and detailed things take time.

The project is succesful thanks to the help of SVAP, the owner Nikhil has a great experience, technical, vision as well as human quality relationship. A wonderful first collaboration and surely not the last one.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are super effectif and super communicative, we work together daily and even on saturday sometime they work to reply to urgency

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their capacity to understand what we want even in distance. They were very helpful and always available when we needed help.

Are there any areas for improvement?

About some points needed to have more communication because of the distance barrier it can be difficult sometimes, but they handdle it fine.
