• Increased Sales Conversion Rate: One of the most significant indicators of success is an improved sales conversion rate. By tracking the number of leads that successfully convert into paying customers after the CRM implementation, we can measure the software's impact on the company's revenue generation. 
• Reduced Sales Cycle Length: The CRM's streamlined sales process and automation features should lead to a reduction in the average length of the sales cycle. Monitoring the time taken from initial lead contact to deal closure can demonstrate how efficiently the CRM is helping the sales team move leads through the pipeline.

Surflinemedia's team is on time. When I have a problem with CRM, I use Skype to work with them. They respond and solve my problems quickly. It's been really nice to work with them.

When it comes to Surfline Media CRM software, there's a lot to love, but if I had to pinpoint a downside, it would be the limited customization options. While Surfline Media offers an impressive set of features and functionalities, the ability to tailor certain aspects to our specific business needs would be a welcome addition.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We prefer to keep some key metrics under wrap, but we've seen increases in visitor and social media engagement. We've also seen a drop in bounce rate.

I was quite impressed with how they managed the project. Excellent organizational skills and clear communication. Also, clear timelines and milestones, and they were able to deliver items according to the agreed-upon schedule. The team is always available to address any questions or concerns.
