SuperDupr

SuperDupr builds the systems service businesses run on. Founded in Austin, Texas by Justin McKelvey, who has spent over a decade building software products and AI systems, we work with home services, professional services, fitness, real estate, healthcare and other service companies that are losing time and revenue to missed calls, slow follow-up and manual admin.

What we build:
- AI phone answering and voice receptionists that capture every call, book appointments and route urgent jobs
- Lead follow-up that responds to every new inquiry in under 60 seconds
- Scheduling AI that works with your existing booking platform
- Workflow automation that removes repetitive admin work
- Multi-agent systems for more complex operations
- Custom-coded websites on modern frameworks (Rails 8, Next.js), built for Core Web Vitals and AI search visibility, with clean migrations from Squarespace, WordPress, Wix or Shopify
- AI Search Optimization: a fixed-scope service that helps a business get named in ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity answers

How we're different: most tools in this space sell you another monthly subscription. We build the system for you, customize it to how your team actually works, connect it to your existing stack, and hand it over so your business owns it.

Pricing is published. AI projects range from $5,000 to $50,000+ with $200 to $2,000 a month for ongoing support. Custom websites range from $8,000 to $40,000+. AI Search Optimization is a $5,000 fixed-scope build delivered in 3 to 4 weeks, with optional monitoring at $500 a month. Most AI systems go live in 2 to 4 weeks; websites in 3 to 6 weeks.

Results our clients report: 90% fewer missed calls, 80% support ticket deflection, 20+ hours saved per week on admin, and 40 to 60% higher website conversion rates compared to template sites.
