Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chairman and CEO of Hyfi-Corp, a small private company trading on the over-the-counter (OTC) market.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with SUPER HOW??
I hired them to construct a software product to accomplish our company's business goal of launching a platform allowing other companies to raise money.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
SUPER HOW? has helped us with our platform’s high-level architecture, some business planning, and all the coding details. We provided them with a brief that gave them an idea of what we were looking for. Additionally, they provide us with CTO and CRO services.
They’re building two launchpads; the first will allow our end clients to launch security token offers, enabling private companies to behave like public companies. SUPER HOW? is also developing an NFT launchpad, allowing other clients to launch NFTs on a different platform. SUPER HOW? uses GitHub for the code and provides maintenance and hosting for the platform.
Users will access an admin console. Depending on their user type, users will see investment offers with each offer’s terms and track their investment activity. Meanwhile, users making the offer will see who their investors are, their live offers, and how sales are progressing toward their financial targets.
What is the team composition?
We work with approximately 18 teammates from SUPER HOW?; Gintarė (Product Manager) is our project manager, Andrius (Co-Founder & CEO) acts as our CTO, and Linas (Co-Founder & R&D) acts as our CRO.
How did you come to work with SUPER HOW??
One of the advisors we worked with offered an introduction to SUPER HOW?. We chose them because their overall style of engagement was very suited to us; they showed genuine intellectual interest in the process. The sincerity of their interest in our project and the connection we formed made them stand out.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $250,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
SUPER HOW? has taken our ideas to the next level; they’ve been instrumental in evolving the documentation. People are responding to the platform really well. I already have two major clients signed up for the platform and additional clients who want to be onboarded. Moreover, we’ve identified a community of almost a million investors in this market. Each major bank we’ve spoken to has said this is a huge opportunity because our business exists for the most important causes in the world.
How did SUPER HOW? perform from a project management standpoint?
Although we exceeded the budget long ago, SUPER HOW? isn’t responsible for it; the increase in budget has been due to the discovery process. Even though the team is timely on their side, they’re not on time because we keep making changes, so it would be like trying to shoot fish in a barrel. However, we understand that we won’t have a smooth line to market; we’ve made many changes, and SUPER HOW? has done a good job keeping up with them.
The communication between us is excellent, and SUPER HOW? always stays in touch with us. We primarily communicate through twice-weekly Microsoft Teams meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What I love most about working with SUPER HOW? is that they approach problem-solving as a think tank, with many minds involved in the exercise, drawing strength from their collective team. They don’t rely on the strength of one, and they have many great minds on their team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Bring SUPER HOW? into your business model design process as soon as possible — don’t delay it. Don’t think of them strictly as a software development company; they help entrepreneurs understand the relationship between business architecture and technology architecture. To understand the technology architecture, the team should also be in on the business architecture.
