The reason I keep on going back to Sunvery is because their project management is excellent. I'm a hiring manager but I'm not skilled in recruiting and my days are filled with my duties as a project manager for my team. Sunvery make it so easy for me by tracking everything that is going on and making it is for me to track and know where we are in the process.

Sunvery’s sales team reached out to us at the moment when we were thinking about expanding the team in Europe. They demonstrated a good knowledge of the Ukrainian market as well as support in trying to understand our business needs.

At first, we had a meeting with the sales person and CEO of Sunvery. During that call, we discussed in general what Sling is looking for as a company and how it can be supported. Then we would have calls about specific openings with the assigned recruiters to be able to find the best fit for each vacancy. We would also have additional calls with the hiring managers during the recruitment process to see if presented candidates meet our expectations and what could be improved.

We have sent 2 job offers and both of them were accepted. That was all we needed for a given period of time. We also have a pipeline of quality candidates for a third role.
