Sunvery was helping our team to find a Senior Backend Developer with a core focus of expertise in Elixir/Erlang functional programming language. Due to the fact that our team is quite small and often faces a high load of requests from the clients, we once again faced difficulties in finding new teammate due to the lack of resources in terms of team's capacity. 

Sunvery have a strong candidate base, fantastic communication and management skills and all of the above was a key driver in finding the perfect team member. Our focus was on finding a Senior Elixir expert in Ukraine and Sunvery made that happen in no time.

Once a candidate is submitted, they support throughout the process, keeping in touch with the candidate, requesting & dissecting feedback, etc. The weekly summary/reports are fantastic, you really see the hard work & volume they put out.

They have had many placements in about 3-4 months of working together, and not only are they effective but they are great to deal with too, very personable and effective. They have submitted many profiles that were successful, and placed many resources in a short period of time.
