The project was managed in a structured way with generally fast and consistent delivery. First candidate profiles were usually provided within one week, and the process was kept moving steadily across different roles and locations. In terms of responsiveness, the team was open and quick to react to feedback and changing needs.

There was regular communication around pipeline progress, candidate status, and market insights, which helped keep alignment during the process. At the same time, in some cases additional clarification was needed around candidate context or fit, which was addressed through follow-up communication.

Overall, delivery was reliable and timely, with a strong focus on maintaining candidate flow and supporting the hiring process, while also iterating on expectations and alignment throughout the partnership.

Sunvery’s team developed a hiring roadmap for the Polish talent market, as we needed a team that could travel back and forth to London. Their recruiter sought a tech engineer with management experience, while we focused on evaluating expertise and cultural fit. Taras did an excellent job of presenting relevant profiles and guiding candidates throughout the process. The recruitment was seamless, and communication was efficient. I was able to interview candidates both via video and in person. Once we made a hire, Sunvery provided the necessary equipment and clarified the details of the cooperation with the hired talent.

In the end, we built a core team of three. Two engineers were hired based on the reference of the Technical Lead hired by Sunvery, saving valuable time. Sunvery continues to provide operational support for the team.

All in all, we hired 11 exceptional engineers and met the mandatory deadline for our project.

Sunvery was helping our team to find a Senior Backend Developer with a core focus of expertise in Elixir/Erlang functional programming language. Due to the fact that our team is quite small and often faces a high load of requests from the clients, we once again faced difficulties in finding new teammate due to the lack of resources in terms of team's capacity. 

Sunvery have a strong candidate base, fantastic communication and management skills and all of the above was a key driver in finding the perfect team member. Our focus was on finding a Senior Elixir expert in Ukraine and Sunvery made that happen in no time.
