We are a global broker. I am a representative of the company, mostly providing content creation but am also involved with various projects, including mobile development.

We needed to develop a user-friendly mobile app that would allow our clients to stay on top of the markets, no matter where they are in the world. We wanted a solution that was user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, so that even our least tech-savvy traders could use it with ease.

We provided them with our goals & framework via regular calls, with a clear process of feature estimations & deliverables

The whole team from tech leads and developers who were cooperating with us to deliver complex features and results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We worked with them developing both the direct application and the bank app. While the progress was slower than we initially anticipated, we appreciated the comprehensive approach taken by the team to ensure that every detail was accounted for. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of work delivered.

The company was helpful in keeping us informed throughout the development process and were communicative and professional at all times.

The whole team was extremely communicative and professional throughout. We are also grateful for the dedication and expertise that sunset systems provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As mentioned, the process was a little bit slow, but overall we were satisfied with the work and processes and would certainly consider working with them again in the future.
