Overall, we were very satisfied with Summr Solutions' work. However, one area for improvement could be providing more proactive suggestions during the initial stages of the project. 
While they responded to our feedback, a bit more guidance on best practices from the start could have further streamlined the process. Nonetheless, their work was excellent, and any minor adjustments were easily addressed.
