Summer Consultants, Inc. is an elite small business specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering design and commissioning for federal, higher educational, laboratory, corporate, and historic facility projects. Our experience includes complex renovation projects and new facility design.

As engineers, we are driven to find solutions to problems. We are experienced in leading multi-discipline architectural-engineering teams, and we prime nearly 80% of our projects.  While we are often prime, we make an ideal subcontracting partner as well. We recognize that every project requires a tailored solution, and we develop creative options to meet your specific challenges. Our sustainable design solutions focus not only on high efficiency, but also system maintainability, simplicity of operation and equipment familarity. We use both AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling software.
