Design, develop and test a gig economy app. Work includes UX/UI design, database design to accomodate vision on data strategy, algorithmic logic, back office and support functions, and dashboards.

The client success manager handling project management for our project is a great partner. He delivers on time with the exception of when he was not satisfied with a deliverable and clearly communicated the challenge to me, presented a solution, and a revised timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Suitch is truly specialized in app design and build but also equally important, the unique challenges that come with start-ups. That may be concepts in need of refinement, staggered funding, aggressive timelines. The Suitch is a partner in the project versus an order taker, which is critical to our success.

Developing a mobile app to support tabletop gaming. Specifically, trading card games, such as Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, and Yu Gi Oh! The app includes scorekeeping, tournaments, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Alpha Release, which fully demonstrated the U/I.

Their progress has not been extremely fast, but it has been steady. Each week shows continual improvement. They made adjustments based on my feedback, and made suggestions of their own. The team is responsive and professional and comes up with new ideas I hadn't considered before.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment was impressive. The price was reasonable, and they said that they would do whatever it took to make the product right. In every case, they made sure I was satisfied before moving on. They did not charge for small improvements to the design, which I greatly appreciate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Suitch could have done differently?

As I said, their progress has been steady, but not fast. This has not been a problem for me, because I didn't have a hard deadline.

I asked them to build a website that would slow fire users to track their sports progress. The profile created needed to be shareable and accessible on mobile and desktop.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Constant contact from the project manager. They have consistently proved updates with images and questionnaires to nail down the direction.

The project has taken a bit longer than discussed. However through communication, we've made adjustments that are proving to add value to the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

During initial consultation, The Suitch listened to my offering and seemed genuinely excited to build out the idea. They did not have a preconceived template they wanted to throw me into. Rather, they allowed my vision to be explained and took on the challenge.

Not really. Again the timeline extended longer than discussed. But, positive changes were made during the extra development time.
