I’m the founder of a property technology organization. We have an algorithm that helps match home buyers with properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with StudioGraph?

We hired StudioGraph to help us build the prototype of our app. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

StudioGraph provided us with solution architecture. They initially assessed our needs and then came up with a proposal. From there, they provided us with cloud architecture input, a front- and backend development team, QA resource, and a customer success manager. 

In terms of technologies, we used a combination of React, AWS, and JavaScript, among others. Our team provided them with all the necessary documentation, such as the UI/UX designs and our algorithm. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 6–7 people from StudioGraph, including senior front- and backend engineers, solution architects, and a cloud architect. 

How did you come to work with StudioGraph?

I found them through recommendations. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $40,000 on this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership lasted from May 2022–November 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The work was done well, and I was impressed with StudioGraph as a company. They created 200–250 user stories over the course of ten weeks. 

How did StudioGraph perform from a project management standpoint?

I did most of the project management tasks, and StudioGraph performed excellently. We use Jira to manage the engagement. They delivered the project more quickly than expected, and we ultimately came in under budget. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

StudioGraph set the bar high in terms of the overall package. They responded quickly to our requests and provided our required resources and specialists. I’d worked with a lot of other providers before, and StudioGraph stood out. They had a pool of diligent and hardworking resources and executed the plan beyond expectations. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. In fact, I plan to let them handle the next phase of our project.
