Before the app was released, Studio Mosaic first offered a comprehensive assessment of it from top to bottom. Their team found opportunities for cosmetic adjustments, potential issues, and areas that may be enhanced. They also studied their rivals. For our listings on Apple's App Store and Google Play Store, Studio Mosaic then performed app store optimization (ASO). They made our graphics and wrote the description for our app.

Additionally, they ran a marketing effort for the first few months that made use of unique graphics and targeted advertising. The script for our videos, which include a 60-second feature video and a 30-second app store video, was written by Studio Mosaic. They managed the project and played a significant role in the process even though another company handled the production.

• Compared to the first month when we had no marketing, Studio Mosaic's advertising campaign raised our app installs by 800%. They did an outstanding job, and their work received praise. We encountered no serious product issues during our partnership. Along the process, we ran into bumps, but they were a necessary part of publishing an app. I received timely support from Studio Mosaic in order to launch my project.

Studio Mosaic responded quickly. Every time I raised a concern, I always got a response within a day. We communicated via Google Meet and email, and we also held weekly or biweekly meetings using Skype and Microsoft Teams.

Studio Mosaic has a wealth of industry knowledge and a keen understanding of client requirements. Their graphics team was also excellent. I received a lot for my money with Studio Mosaic. When I spoke with other businesses, I discovered that they were billing me far more for essentially the same services. Overall, Studio Mosaic offered excellent service, especially considering the cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studio Mosaic could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. Some of the issues we encountered were all mine and had to do with my product. I can only speak highly about Studio Mosaic.

They collected the information to provide us advice on the app itself and the strategy to fast spread it to the public after we set up some lengthy sessions to go over the program's specifics, the business model, etc. They provided us with two complete strategies that are all actionable and achievable so that we can move forward.

The scope of the activity involves starting meetings, outlining concepts, discussing needs with some of our end users, etc. After developing the mockups, they started creating the mockups in WordPress after we decided which ones we liked best. The website was launched right away with all the functions and design elements we wanted.

• Our end users are the most important audience to hear from, but we've also had some really great feedback from our partners. It is clear that visitors are spending more time on our site and utilizing our SaaS extensively, and that our bounce rate has also decreased.

Positive comments about the Studio Mosaic website came from both internal and external sources, and it also decreased the bounce rate and user time spent on the site. They cared about our product as owners and not contractors. Creative, helpful, very responsive, drove the strategy beyond just marketing (made product extension suggestions and ways to increase user engagement).

They sent out an interview form to understand our needs, then did their own research on the best way to market our app. They needed very little guidance from me, which was exactly what I needed.

I worked with the marketing director and the artist. I'm not sure how many artists were involved behind the scenes.

We had a great response to our new screenshots. They made multiple variations and the best one led to a 20% increase in downloads.

Communication is great, though they are on the other side of the world I can always rely on them to respond to my questions / feedback and have it ready for me the next day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They got exactly what we needed almost 100% on the first try. That's very unusual, in the past with other artists it has taken a lot more back and forth.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

In a few instances there were some miscommunications between management and the artists themselves. That is easily resolved by directly communicating with the artist.
