Studio Mosaic was tasked with all things to create branding and subscription sales for the StopStutter mobile app.  This included managing Google Ads, App Store and Google Play Store ads, and social media campaigns.  In particular, SM was extremely good in designing/creating ads and revising images to improve mobile app aesthetics and UI.

Our project was managed beautifully.  SM's team was responsive and timely in all deliveries.  Studio Mosaic was brilliant, skilled, and a great communicator (verbally and written) and creative.  As an American, I had to be sure I worked with Indians who spoke very clear English.  The SM team spoke clearly and properly and was a delight to engage on Zoom calls.  Their emails were also well-constructed, clear, organized, and concise.

The KPI and deadlines set are met consistently and we're happy with how things are going so far. Pathetic, their creatives were so careless and didn't even adequately reflect our product or app, and they constantly tried to make excuses and buy time for their lack of ability to deliver results. I am convinced they delete all negative reviews to make it look like they are a premium agency. Also, to make creatives they took absolutely ages, they didn't follow the brand guidelines, and were too slow to kill losing ads which resulted in me losing a lot of budget

Impressive was their ability to sell a lie when I was assessing them and act like they were some premium company who were actually good at marketing, when really they had no ability or gage on how to market our product, they were just interested in taking our money.

Maybe they should actually care about the client, and establish whether they can get results for them, before taking on the account and making the client lose money.

Dear Meeren, it’s very disappointing to see this feedback even though we achieved a 25% increase in installs, 190% improvement in conversion rate and 175% growth in earnings within the first month, as confirmed by you.

We take great pride in our work, and always see our clients' apps as our own. In fact this is the first negative review we’ve received on Clutch since we established our presence here in 2017 and after having worked with 500+ apps during this time. Clutch is a reputable platform that has built its credibility on the fact that service providers have no role or interference in the reviews and we cannot remove or alter them in any way.

I must clarify that we test new creatives every 2 weeks since it takes the campaigns time to learn and optimize their performance. Your approach to making changes every 1-2 days is something we advised against from the beginning. We also went above and beyond to provide you with 6-7 new creatives and additional ASO support even after you stopped our engagement, as we felt it was our duty to share them with you. It is therefore very disheartening to see you speak only about the quality of the creatives, and the new font we tried in the ad copy (being stated as a violation of brand guidelines), and not the results we managed to produce for you.

While we wish you had given us more time and been more patient with us to meet your expectations of growing 100% month on month, we will try harder to improve whatever drawbacks you have identified to ensure our clients don’t feel this way in future.
