Sebastian did an outstanding job on our 90-second animated B2B explainer for Dentistry.One. 

From the start, he understood the assignment: a clean, modern motion graphics piece with a SaaS feel aimed at healthcare decision-makers, not a consumer-style emotional video. He nailed that distinction and it showed in every deliverable. The styleframes he presented were on-brand and polished, the storyboard translated our script clearly scene by scene, and the animatic made it easy to lock pacing before full animation. His UI and workflow animation work was especially strong, exactly the credible, professional look we needed for an FQHC and medical director audience. He also handled VO sourcing and licensed music smoothly, giving us solid options and managing the process without hand-holding. 

Communication was excellent throughout. He hit every milestone, incorporated feedback quickly and accurately, and delivered clean, well-organized source files at the end. The primary measurable outcome for this video is driving demo requests from FQHC and medical director prospects. The explainer will sit at the top of our B2B funnel, embedded on our FQHC landing page, used in outbound sales emails, and promoted through LinkedIn campaigns targeting community health organizations.

Sebastian's project management was excellent. He set clear milestones at the start (styleframes, storyboard, animatic, final animation) and hit every deadline without us ever needing to chase him. Communication was great and very timely. He gave regular progress updates, responded quickly to questions, and flagged anything he needed from us well in advance so nothing stalled. 

He was also highly responsive to our needs. Feedback was incorporated accurately and fast, usually within a round or two, and he took direction well while still offering smart creative suggestions when it improved the final product. The whole process felt organized and low-effort on our end, which is exactly what you want from a production partner.

Our main measurable outcome was for parents to watch the video and immediately understand the benefits of the app and what it was all about. The video Studio Monday created did just that. We got an end product that could be used for marketing and sales, and be repurposed for our website, emails, and social media, which is exactly the kind of multi-faceted video we needed it to be!

We posted the video on LinkedIn, and it garnered some good attention. We got 50–70 likes, about 20 comments, and eight reposts. It would have gotten way more interest, but we posted it to our company page, which had zero followers at the time, instead of my personal page so the reposts actually got more likes and comments than the post itself.
