Please describe your company and your position there.

My company's name is "NILAM Jewellery" and I am the owner of the brand. We retail imitations/ real lookalike jewellery.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio Become, and what were your goals?

We are soon going to launch our brand on social media. I needed help with the end to end branding collaterals for which we got in touch with Studio Become. Our goal was to come up with the designs which is in sync with the brand's vision. We were able to achieve what we were looking for. The designs were exactly what my brand stands for.

We found Studio become online and immediately got in touch with them. The biggest challenge for us was the short timeline but Studio Become team was able to deliver the project very smoothly. What made the project smooth was also the efficient communication & understanding of our brand by the team of Studio Become.

Scope of work: End to end branding which included: Logo Deigning Packaging Designing Other stationery items Mood board

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We got a team of 3 people who worked with us on this project. The founder himself was involved in the understanding of the brand meeting along with a senior graphic designer & a client servicing person.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team was able to deliver the deliverables in a very short span of time and the results were exactly what we were looking for so we were able to lock the outcomes in just 1 round of improvisation.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had a introduction call where the founder himself interacted to understand the scope of work, our brand and company's vision. He mentioned he will circle back once he go through the SOW in depth. We got a revert from the team with a cost estimate document which stated the deliverables in depth along with the cost attached to it. We agreed and moved to the next steps, where we were introduced to the team who picked up our project and initial calls were scheduled to understand the brand in depth. Once the understanding part was done team came back with the designs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The commitment, communication, understanding & delivery were the most unique aspects of working with Studio Become.
