We are a Manhattan-based law firm that has practiced law for nearly 40 years, primarily focused on ERISA and long term disability as well as education, employment and insurance law cases.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

STU Enterprises redesigned our law firm's entire website, placed SEO on it more than we've ever had since the site went live back in the '90s, and manages our Google Ads PPC which has been the primary bread-winner for well over a decade. Our website size has increased by 70 pages or more allowing us to show up for more keywords, our organic traffic is nearly 10 times greater and the cost per conversion in our PPC program is lower than it ever has been. We actually look like the experienced law firm that we are online!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have nearly doubled our business in the past year and a half - our online leads are through the roof. Keeping up with them has been a task in and of itself. We've hired more people to help with Administration processes. We used to rank for some main terms that the firm definitely went after, but now we rank for literally thousands of keywords. I find our website everywhere now!

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Honestly, we just let them do their thing. We had few deadlines and wishes outside of increasing quality leads and bettering business. We stay in good communication and meet monthly through Zoom. They said the website would be done in less than 2 months and they did deliver upon that - immediately things began looking up and haven't slowed down since. Anytime we have an issue, they respond quickly and fix any issue. Other than that, they keep showing us green arrows pointing up every month - we love it!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The owner hops on our calls, makes sure we are taken care of regularly and helps dive deep whenever we need. We don't feel like "just another client" with them. They know us by first name!

Are there any areas for improvement or something STU Enterprises could have done differently?

They continue to impress us every month. However, sometimes we don't understand what they're talking about and we need things "dumbed down" a bit more. They do a pretty good job though - we won't be trading them in anytime soon!
