We're an ecommerce retailer specialising in networking and connectivity hardware, with a primary focus on TP-Link products including routers, mesh WiFi systems, network switches, access points, range extenders, and smart home networking solutions.

We needed a full ecommerce website built from scratch. Our business sells TP-Link networking products and we were previously just taking orders through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp which was a mess honestly. We needed something proper. Strategeon handled everything — the design, the development, setting up the product pages, making sure the site worked well on mobile since most of our customers browse on their phones. They set up the product catalogue with categories for routers, mesh systems, switches and accessories so customers could actually find what they were looking for without getting lost.The whole thing was done in about 5 weeks. They kept us updated throughout and were easy to reach whenever we had questions or wanted changes. By the end we had a live, fully functional store that we were actually proud to share with customers. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the site we've seen a noticeable improvement in how customers interact with us. Orders are now coming through the website instead of WhatsApp which alone has saved us a lot of time. Bounce rate is low and the feedback from customers on the site experience has been positive. We're still early but the foundation is solid and we're already seeing steady traffic.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was straightforward. They gave us a rough timeline at the start and stuck to it. Whenever I had feedback or wanted something changed they'd get back to me the same day mostly, sometimes next day at the latest. Nothing ever felt like it was going to fall through. There were a couple of times I asked for changes mid-project and they handled it without making it a big deal. Communication was mostly over WhatsApp which worked well for us since that's how we already operate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly the price was what stood out most. I got quotes from a few other developers before going with Strategeon and the difference was significant. They came in way more affordable without cutting corners on the actual quality of the work. For a small business like ours that's just starting out online, budget matters a lot. I didn't want to overspend on a website before even knowing how well the business would do. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Strategeon Softwares could have done differently?

Maybe a more structured way to track revision requests would have helped. A few times I'd ask for changes over WhatsApp and occasionally something would get missed or we'd have to go back and forth to clarify. Nothing major but a simple shared doc or checklist would have kept things cleaner. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something that could make the process smoother for future clients.
