Strader Ferris receives my ocean containers, destuffs them, puts away my inventory and ships out FTL, LTL, and individual fedex courier shipments to retailers and e-commerce customers in Canada and the US. They also act as my US and Canadian Customs Broker.

SFI has setup a complex North American supply chain from one warehouse location in a manner that other 3PL's would not have been able to accomplish.

Communication has been excellent; they always pick up the phone. Emails are responded to in a timely manner. Orders go out the door with our agreed timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to manage both US and Canadian fulfillment/distribution from a single warehouse location in Canada cut my costs as I no longer needed a US and Canadian warehouse locations. they manage the cross border transfers with their own trucking fleets, between their US and Canadian locations that are only 20 minutes apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Strader-Ferris International could have done differently?

There's nothing they need to improve on.
