Authors Book Publishing nailed my website, and it was done exactly as I pictured it in my mind. First off, what I asked from them was a straightforward website with a clean, minimalist, and easily digestible layout design. Some of the key deliverables I requested are as follows: ·         A clean, white, and spacious user interface with simplistic, easy-to-read content to help site visitors’ navigate on the website effortlessly.  ·         The footer section was addressed as per my instructions; it has those self-publishing platforms where my books are readily available. Plus, the social media handles where avid readers may connect with me (responding back to them depends on several circumstances).  ·         The site’s enlarged picture book section, as I requested. It really brought out the gullible artwork, whimsy, and imaginative wonder of Children’s books uploaded there. ·         Not exactly a deliverable, but my website’s wrap up: simplistic, white, readable, navigable, and on point.  Overall, my website was handled with utmost care, vision, and purpose. Every element and detail was like the perfect pieces that came together like a symphony. I cannot express in words how much thankful I am to Authors Book Publishing team. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My credibility as a children’s book writer soared through the roof. I felt my imposing author presence on the web. A sudden upsurge of organic traffic ensued on the outset of my site’s launch. Many visitors turned into potential leads; they actually viewed my books as well as sold a handful (hundreds) already. 

Eventually, the total visitor count almost tripled after around two months; I had to acquire social media and PPC advertising services. Sign-ups hit an all-time high as well, plus, the page views per visit increased exponentially. Overall, the results were positive and demonstrated success in due course.

The project manager was quite helpful and kept me apprised throughout the website design and development process. Each of my question was befittingly responded and I was guided by top mentors at Authors Book Publishing. 

Furthermore, I was kept conversant with the progress of my website. The changes I requested were made promptly, plus the reiterations were even better. I was fortunate that all my problems were addressed, and I received all of my website files and credentials within the agreed-upon timeline.

Out of all the distinct qualities Authors Book Publishing possesses, what really touched me was their attentive listening, professionalism, patience, single-mindedness, and persistence. They were keen listeners and always ready to deliver excellent quality work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Story Bloom Media could have done differently?

Yes, definitely. They can work on keeping notes and ensuring every detail is listed. Sorry, but not sorry, that my patience went thin when I received emails almost every day requesting clarification and directions that I’ve already conveyed via call, email, or Messenger/WhatsApp. Other than this, there are a few more hiccups, but bearable, and natural due to the nature of their work.
