We worked with The Storied Future over the course of a few months under a tight timeline on an industry specific customer narrative strategy. They delivered a new deck with compelling graphics for a C-suite audience, which was grounded in primary and secondary research, which included customer interviews and stakeholder workshops. 

The team pushed us to think outside the box which is exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the overall process, proactive communications, new ideas and approaches team continuously brought, and of course the results.

Final deliverable was on time along with key milestones throughout the project. Team was always available via email, Teams, and phone if needed. Communications were seamless across multiple time zones.

The Storied Future is extremely good at what they do and exceeded my expectations in every way. They know how to architect and run a narrative project -- the right questions to ask and engaging critical resources needed to deliver a superior product that hit the mark for our strategy and messaging. I also appreciated the high level of enthusiasm and energy the team brought to every interaction we had which was needed to get through the work in a short amount of time.

The Storied Future has an uncanny ability to work with disparate and competing voices (whose previous design-by-committee approach has amounted to meaningless marketing mish-mash) and transform the storyline into a comprehensive, cohesive, comprehensible, heart-compelling narrative tantamount to vision-casting. They create beautiful, compelling storylines and help you showcase them with gorgeous graphics (or videos, or whatever your format).

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Storied Future could have done differently?

Not a thing! They knocked it out of the park in every dimension.
