We are a group of organizational consulting and technical professionals devoted to the Construction Industry. Like our clients we love to build things – – healthy, productive, and profitable clients. We facilitated large scale organizational change projects. Our focus was on defining Leadership as the “Meta” organizational process, as such the entire culture participated in Organizational Change. The people defined their work as a process. The organizations work was restructured as processes. Process teams were self-managed, and responsible for deliver of outcomes defined by their specific customers. This focus on People/Culture, Process, and Change produced incredible organizational improvements. A health science center client made up of seven hospitals, 150 clinics , medical school, and research facilities won a National award for the organizational change we facilitated.
