I’m the CEO of a company that operates in the regeneration space within the automotive arena.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stanton lab?

We wanted to turn our data and ideas into designs to effectively visualize what we were trying to extract from our target customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, we had some rough ideas for designs to visually portray the data we had on file. We provided them with that information and they transformed those concepts into Figma files.

We worked with one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Stanton lab?

They were a referral. They came highly recommended on the basis of turnaround time, cost, and quality of delivery.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement began in March 2020, and we’re still in communication if any future work is needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their expertise and experience proved to be invaluable to our project. They executed and delivered exactly what they said they would and within the designated time frame. They succeeded in visualizing our data in a way that’s easy to understand. They were on target and very creative in terms of their execution. 

How did Stanton lab perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was outstanding. They were great at asking follow-up questions, and they maintained constant communication through a freelancing app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d highlight how they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They ensured customer satisfaction at every step of the way. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Quite frankly, I’ve worked with other designers and organizations, but they were second to none. They were outstanding in their communication, execution, and professionalism. Those are three pain points I’m likely to experience on a day-to-day basis.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be patient, because the work they provide is going to be very well thought out and executed. It’s better to wait for the better results than to rush into something mediocre. They’re experienced and knowledgeable, and they’ll know how to tackle every obstacle. Just be prepared to spend some time with them.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stanton lab?

In general, we needed UX/UI design for our new product website and mobile application. We were hiring Stanton lab to cover all the UX designs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a set of features that we wanted to deliver for our users in the release. For these features, we had a discussion with Stanton lab so they’d have the best understanding of how to build designs for our products.

Most of the features were generic to show information to the users in the best way. They also implemented a few complicated forms into the design and worked on the UX. 

What is the team composition?

I only worked with one person, but as far as I know, there is a team that worked on it, too.

How did you come to work with Stanton lab?

They were recommended to me by a friend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020. In general, the project is done but we’re still in contact as there are some small changes needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The feedback has been positive. We got what we wanted in terms of our design and UX, especially for the mobile application. We weren’t sure if it would work in general, but with the help of Stanton lab, we got pretty results and design. In general, all went well.

How did Stanton lab perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly used Slack, but as we live in the same country, we sometimes spoke on the phone for more urgent things. I believe they did some project management internally, so we mostly connected to discuss our wants and any changes made to the proposed options.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work on the mobile application was most impressive. There were some complicated forms within the app that are hard to display on the app, but with their help, it looks and works great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything because we received what we wanted and were entirely satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

This isn’t specific to Stanton lab, but discuss every detail in order to have better results and to receive the product the way you want.
