Stand Expo is a Bucharest-based exhibition stand design and build company with 24 years of experience creating custom stands for trade fairs across Europe.
We work as a one-stop partner: concept and 3D design, production, project management, and on-site installation and dismantling, all coordinated from our own 220 m² office and 1,200 m² production facility in Bucharest.
Over the years we have delivered stands for international brands including Siemens, Konica Minolta, Jakks Pacific, E.ON, Polaroid and Dertour, at fairs such as IFA Berlin, SIAL Paris and Baselworld. We have also built national pavilion projects representing Romania at trade shows including Gitex Europe, Eurosatory and Gamescom.
For us, a stand is never just a structure. It's a space that reflects a brand's identity and creates a real connection with visitors from the first glance. We combine design creativity with technical production expertise and close project coordination, so clients can focus on their event while we manage timelines, materials, logistics and installation.
Our goal is long-term partnership, not one-off projects. Many clients return to us for every new fair, year after year, and we keep investing in our design and production capacity to support that growth, while staying closely involved in every project, regardless of size.
