Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We partnered with StallerStack to design and develop LoveAi, a modern dating and matchmaking platform. The project included mobile application development, backend/API development, authentication, user profiles, matchmaking functionality, subscription features, database integration, notifications, and an administration platform.

StallerStack helped us turn our LoveAi concept into a functioning dating and matchmaking application. The Android application was successfully developed and released, while the team continued working with us on iOS deployment, testing, and improvements. The biggest value for us was having one development team that could handle the different technical components of the product rather than having to coordinate several separate vendors.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, we had a positive experience working with StallerStack. They helped us develop LoveAi from the product concept into a working mobile application and provided support through testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements. We would be comfortable considering StallerStack for future development work.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

StallerStack managed the project closely from planning through development, testing, and deployment. They maintained regular communication with us, provided updates on development progress, and were responsive when we requested changes or clarification. The project involved a number of complex features and integrations, so some timelines had to be adjusted as requirements evolved. Whenever we raised an issue or needed a change, the team was available to discuss it and work toward a solution. They were particularly responsive during testing and deployment, helping us address technical issues and making the necessary improvements based on our feedback. Overall, communication was straightforward, and we always had access to the development team when we needed assistance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about StallerStack was their ability to understand our product concept and turn it into a complete working technology solution. They were not limited to just coding the features we requested; they also helped us think through technical challenges, integrations, user experience, and deployment requirements. Their hands-on approach was particularly valuable. We could communicate directly with the development team, discuss issues quickly, and work together on solutions. Their willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges and continue supporting the product through testing and deployment made the experience unique for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something StallerStack could have done differently?

One area that could be improved is having even more detailed planning and documentation at the beginning of each development phase. As the LoveAi product evolved, some requirements and priorities changed during development, which naturally required adjustments to the timeline and implementation. More detailed milestone planning and earlier documentation of changing requirements could make the development process even more predictable. That said, StallerStack was responsive to our feedback and worked with us to address issues and adapt to the changing requirements.
