We wanted to move to the next level and increase our sales reaching out to the customers outside our circle of influence. We hired Stakque for handling the digital marketing and SEO for ItsMyBot

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Stakque after an online search and we selected them from a group of companies after discussing our project needs, goals, and the pricing

We had two separate areas of focus. 1. Social Media Marketing 2. Search Engine Optimization. Stakque assigned two separate teams for those and set up a weekly recurring meeting with us including the team leads. They came up with an extensive plan with different milestones. They started with the goal of improving our social media profile, reaching out to our customers for reviews and comments. They suggested different ideas like website restructuring, informative blog writing, and informative Facebook posts to boost our social presence. They used different tools to check and improve our website speed also.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Around 10 people worked for us including three team leads for Social media marketing, SEO, and Web design.

511% increase in search impressions 200% increase in demo class booking ~100% increase in the client count

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly one-hour online sync-ups with them. We had a WhatsApp group for handling urgent issues.

They have a great team of young professional who enthusiastically dived deep with finding solutions for any project. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Content writing could have improved slightly better to cater native US audience. They made the right hire and the issue is now addressed.
