Develop a Fintech business in one of the eastern european countries, starting from market reaserch, competition research, product research, legal analsysis, hiring local country manager, receipt of the neccessary license to development the product and launching the business on the ground.

The deliverables were performed well on time, and in many cases before the deadline.The quality of work delivered exceeded expectations. The business is up and running. Received a lot of additional value from Staffman in a form of ideas and connectionsthat did not even expected.
