I’m the backend operations manager of Envello Corp., a company that helps businesses streamline their operations with simple, intelligent tools that automate workflows, organize information, and drive growth.

Stackroft handles our backend development and infrastructure, focusing on building a scalable, reliable, and maintainable foundation for our operations. The scope includes backend architecture, API development and integrations, database design and management, authentication and access controls, workflow automation, data processing, and performance optimization.Key deliverables include the core backend services and APIs, database infrastructure, third-party integrations, automated backend workflows, deployment and infrastructure configuration, monitoring and error handling, and documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, were referred to us, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest improvement is that our backend has become much more stable and reliable. We’ve seen faster API response times, fewer backend errors, and smoother data processing and integrations. Stackroft has also helped us automate several manual workflows, which saves our team time and makes day-to-day operations more efficient. Overall, our backend has become more scalable and easier for our team to maintain as we grow.After working with Stackroft, we’ve seen a 30% reduction in backend errors, a 25% improvement in API response times, and a 10%–15% reduction in manual workflows through automation. We’ve also noticed better overall system stability and fewer issues during day-to-day operations, which makes it much easier for our team to scale the platform.

How did Stackroft perform from a project management standpoint?

Stackroft’s project management is solid and well-organized. Communication is consistent; they keep us updated on progress and are responsive whenever we have questions or need changes. Overall, they stay on track and deliver the main project work within the agreed timeline, with only minor adjustments along the way.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we have a good experience with Stackroft. If anything, we’d like a little more detailed documentation and more frequent progress updates during some phases of the project. These are relatively minor points, though, and they’re responsive when we raise them. Overall, the quality of the work and the collaboration are strong.
