Our engagement with Salamanca Solutions International began in 2016 and has developed into one of our most valuable technology partnerships. From the outset, SSI conducted onsite visits and a thorough analysis of our operations, demonstrating a clear understanding of both our management's objectives and the operational realities of our teams.
Rather than applying a generic solution, SSI developed a platform tailored to Munster Joinery's specific operational requirements. The Services module streamlined the process of receiving and managing repair and replacement requests for our doors and windows, while the Fittings solution improved efficiency and visibility across our installation logistics and on-site processes.
