For what projects/services did your company hire Sprout Matrix?

We hired Sprout Matrix for complete solution of our project. It was a e-commerce project and they have developed a complete solution of the project from backend development to mobile application development.

What were your goals for this project?

Goal of the project was to deliver smooth user experience for our customer via online platforms. We do have our local stores in DRC and we want to be in online presence with this platform.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The project was regarding building e-commerce eco-system. They went though the regular training, and immediately after planning they were able to deliver incredible quality backend and frontend code with little direction.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a Technical Head, Team Lead, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer and Mobile app (android and iOS) development engineers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We believe that the ability to have elastic development resource available to meet deadlines for this project is critical to the success of our business model.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were working with us on Agile methodologies and providing deliverables via Sprints. However, at some point, we are in the requirement of urgent bug fixes or urgent feature development as we have some demo with our clients. So, they help us deliver such critical features on extremely good pace without compromising the quality part. This turns out to be very effective for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One of the very easy going people I have ever met in terms of understanding our requirements and vision. They are not only so good with the technical part but also guide us on market and business point of view in terms of provided solution, that adds a great value to our work.

They are true technical partners who work hand-in-hand with us on every step. Our expectations were exceeded, by their determination to go the extra mile in terms of delivery and engagement. We are happy to say that, they fully met our exact business requirements and facilitated our increased internal process efficiency.
