Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since rolling out the new site and an accompanying landing page, and switching to a new PPC consultant, overall leads are down, but that may be a function of seasonality. I’ve been too busy with work since the launch to really tear into this.

The team is very responsive. It took a little longer than anticipated to get the website done with the right feel (and we’re still not 100% there, but some of that is on my end).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really good at communicating!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the end result is good, but a bit more focus on ideal customers ‘ avatars would be helpful. A site that will work for a DUI or divorce lawyer isn’t necessarily going to project the same sophistication as a site going after corporate clients.

We had a meeting to address website design concept, practice areas, and content. It was a collaborative approach from beginning to end. After the website was completed, I meet with my account manager routinely to discuss social media, blog, and newsletter content.

I routinely receive positive comments on the website but have been unable to discern a measurable return on the investment.

Every member of Spotlight Branding has been positive, receptive, professional, and a general delight to work with.

Their focus on client nurturing versus a nebulous marketing pitch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like to be able to gauge the client nurturing campaign and its effect on total firm revenue. I would also like if the company could offer additional services instead of having to go through other companies for GMB, local visibility, SEO, retargeting, review generation, etc.
