SpencerMaurice specialises in providing trusted advice and independent reviews to public sector organisations, social enterprises, and corporate enterprises. We are an Australian owned small business that was founded five years ago. 

In those five years, we have already achieved an extensive track record delivering independent reviews and highly sensitive management consultancy projects for major enterprises and the public sector. We have achieved this by building a team of highly experienced consultants across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. 

Our management consultancy services include independent reviews, business case development, strategy, transformation, service and process redesign, program evaluation and review, performance reporting, governance and risk management, and organisational design. 

Working collaboratively is a fundamental principle of our consulting approach, and allows for leveraging of knowledge and insights, as well as skills transfer from SpencerMaurice to our client’s team.
