What challenge were you trying to address with Sparknation Labs?

We needed a complete brand redesign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sparknation Labs delivered a new logo, labels, and box design. They also created content for Amazon and TikTok. The redesign included four different SKUs.

We worked with at least six teammates from Sparknation Labs.

How did you come to work with Sparknation Labs?

My business partner referred Sparknation Labs to me. We chose them because of their willingness to be flexible, their past work, and their full-scope team.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Sparknation Labs from May–June 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work exceeded our expectations. We’re still waiting to receive our relaunch materials from our manufacturers. We’ll evaluate success based on sales, customer satisfaction, and reorders. We expect to see these metrics improve immediately or within a month after the relaunch.

How did Sparknation Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. Sparknation Labs responded well to the unrealistic time frame I set. They let me know that if we wanted a bespoke design, we needed to find a balance between speed and customization. Overall, their project management was good. We communicated via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design choice from the start of the project was impressive. I would’ve never thought of starting with the style scape. It tied in perfectly with my previous business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything I mentioned to them was improved immediately.
