Sparked was tasked with creating a new website for PRA Law Firm, as the previous website was outdated and antiquated. After learning about our pain points and the uniqueness of our business, they provided a website that not only met expectations but exceed them.

I'm the CEO of a sports company. Our company is a platform that connects athletes worldwide with opportunities by allowing them to create profiles, build communities, and access talent development tools. We also help organizations identify and develop new talent.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sparked?

As a venture-backed company, we wanted local experts who could do more than just manage HubSpot. We needed a team that could help us turn it into real lead generation, sharper marketing, and measurable business impact.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sparked helped us take over our HubSpot. We were already using it, but not to its potential. They helped turn all of our contacts into an audience, refined our marketing messaging, and attracted new customers to our business. The team provided messaging documents, audience segmentation, and HubSpot support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sparked helped us establish marketing messages that truly connect with our audience and attract the right clients to grow our business. We had a 200% increase in our HubSpot contacts and initial meetings to drive our sales pipeline. They also helped us drive five new qualified sales conversations a week.

How did Sparked perform from a project management standpoint?

Sparked was always on time. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.
