Fully develop our software for transit agencies

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral.

They developed the external facing website, the front end and the back end of the customer software, and the front end and back end of the customer mobile app.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had contact with 2 members of the Sparc team but many more members of the team work on my project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are projected to launch our first couple of products before the end of the year, 2022. Then we are excited to continue building our more products!

We have weekly meetings to go over the improvements made and the next steps that will be worked on next week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are lots of impressive things about this company. I am most thrilled with their ability to combine best practices for software development with the transit industry. Their work feels like it's designed by a transit professional while having the best practices of software development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like to see the updates deployed more often. Sometime I get to see finished work in a weekly meeting, but it isn’t deployed for another week or so.
