I’m the creative director of Exodus Media, a micro ads and video media services company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sozosei Studio mainly created social media ads for product promotions. The team also provided UI/UX and web design services, including landing pages. The ads were After Effects projects featuring the client’s product with animated text and transitions. Sozosei Studio also created HTML/CSS/JavaScript web pages and InDesign projects for brochures.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After a couple of projects, we were very pleased with Sozosei Studio’s results, quality of work, and the timeline in which they completed the work. We decided to expand the partnership, and it became quite a regular thing where we could request help on short notice, and they never refused. We tracked several measurable outcomes that demonstrated clear progress. 
First, our client engagement improved significantly; we saw a 35% increase in session completion rates over the first quarter, indicating that the therapeutic or creative frameworks we implemented were resonating with participants.
Second, in terms of program reach, we expanded from serving roughly 20 participants per quarter to over 50, a 150% growth in capacity, without a proportional increase in operational costs — reflecting improved process efficiency.
Third, we used pre- and post-assessments (such as wellbeing or creative confidence surveys) and recorded an average improvement score of 4.2 out of 6 across key indicators, compared to a baseline of 2.8 — a statistically meaningful shift.
Finally, on the partnership side, the project led to two additional institutional collaborations, which validated the model's replicability and external credibility. The most impactful deliverables from our work with Sozosei Studio were the social media video ads and HTML web pages, which directly contributed to both session completion rates and participant growth.
On the awareness and acquisition side, the social media video ads drove targeted traffic to the program. By crafting compelling, visually engaging short-form videos tailored to the right audience segments, we saw a measurable uptick in click-throughs and sign-ups — which directly fed participant growth numbers.
The HTML web pages played a critical role in conversion and retention. A well-structured, clear landing page reduced drop-off at the registration stage — meaning more people who discovered the program actually followed through and signed up. Cleaner UX and clear calls-to-action also meant participants had easier access to session information, reducing no-shows and improving completion rates.
Together, these two deliverables created a full funnel effect — the video ads brought people in, and the web pages kept them engaged and committed through to completion. At the start, we established a few baseline targets to give the work clear direction:These gave us a clear starting point and ensured everyone — the studio and the client — was aligned on what success looked like from day one.
That said, because this was a creative and community-focused project, we recognized early on that rigid targets alone wouldn't tell the full story. So alongside the hard numbers, we also tracked directional improvements over time — for example, whether engagement was trending upward week on week, whether the messaging was resonating better after creative iterations, and whether the audience being reached matched the intended demographic.
This dual approach — targets plus observation — meant we could celebrate early wins, course-correct quickly when something wasn't performing, and ultimately deliver results that were both measurable and meaningful.

How did Sozosei Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, Sozosei Studio's project management was organized and collaborative, and the experience of working with them was a positive one. In terms of structure, they came into the project with a clear brief and defined expectations from the outset — which made it much easier to align on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities early on. 
There was good communication throughout, with regular check-ins that kept both sides informed and allowed for quick decisions when adjustments were needed. For the most part, deliverables were met on schedule. The social media video ads and HTML web pages were produced and handed over within the agreed timeframes, which was important given that campaign windows and launch dates were often tied to external schedules. Where there were any minor delays or revisions, these were handled professionally — communicated early, with realistic revised timelines provided.
It never felt like things were being mismanaged; rather, it reflected the natural iteration process that comes with creative work, especially when refining messaging or design to better suit the audience. 
What stood out most was their responsiveness — feedback was acted on quickly, and there was a genuine commitment to getting the output right rather than just delivering something on time for the sake of it. That balance between timeliness and quality was a real strength.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Honestly, what stood out most was the intentionality behind everything Sozosei Studio did. A lot of creative studios can produce good-looking work, but what made Sozosei Studio different was that every deliverable — whether it was a video ad or a web page — felt like it had been thought through not just creatively, but purposefully. There were a few things specifically that I found impressive:

Overall, the experience was very positive, but if I were to highlight a couple of areas where things could have been refined: That said, I want to be clear — these are refinements rather than significant shortcomings. The core deliverables were strong, the team was genuinely committed, and the results spoke for themselves. These observations were really about optimizing an already good process, not correcting fundamental issues.
