Michael Kelly founded Sound Law Firm to provide solid legal work with low overhead. He worked in private practice before transitioning to a General Counsel role for a national real estate company. He went from service provider to client, and after years of both, it just clicked.
Michael's goal is for Sound Law Firm to be the most people-centric practice imaginable.
Michael Kelly is a combat veteran who later pursued a finance degree after two deployments to Iraq. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, he found myself drawn to the practice of law. He obtained his bachelors degree from the University of Washington Tacoma and attended Gonzaga University School of Law. He founded a small business manufacturing recovery points for offroad vehicles and other related soft goods during law school.
