Sosemo managed full-funnel media across programmatic, paid social, paid search, SEO, and GEO. They delivered integrated strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization, along with advanced SEO/GEO initiatives to improve both search and AI-driven visibility. Reporting and attribution were directly tied to business outcomes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw increases in qualified traffic and conversion rates, along with a reduction in CPA. Organic visibility improved across search and AI-driven results, while paid media performance delivered stronger RIO and more efficient spend, contributing to pipeline growth.

Their leadership in GEO and AI visibility stands out. They are ahead of the market in understanding how AI search works. Combined with strong strategy and precise execution, they deliver a level of performance that's hard to match. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sosemo could have done differently?

No major gaps. There is an opportunity to further simplify and package their GEO/AI insides for broader internal teams, but overall execution and delivery were excellent.
