Before this project we were running on four different tools and none of them talked to each other. Inventory was in one place, leads were scattered across email and spreadsheets and listings had to be posted manually to each marketplace. We had no clue which marketing channels were actually working because we couldn't track where leads were coming from. Sophylabs built us a single platform that handles all of it:

Inventory management with automatic VIN enrichment, so I just punch in a VIN and it pulls all the vehicle details
A CRM with lead attribution, so every lead is tagged with where it came from
Automated lead capture that parses incoming emails from the marketplaces and turns them into leads in the CRM, this one alone saves hours every week

We went from 4+ tools down to one platform

They delivered a little ahead of where I expected them to deliver. Communication were steady. When I'd change my mind about something or ask for a feature I hadn't thought of originally, they were upfront about whether it would fit in the current timeline or if we should push it to a later phase. I appreciated that they pushed back when it made sense instead of just saying yes to everything.

They built this thing like a real product, not a one-off custom job. We're already planning phase two features and it doesn't feel like we're going to have to tear anything apart to add them. That kind of thinking ahead is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sophylabs LLC could have done differently?

Early on, some of the technical conversations went over my head. I'm a car guy, not a software guy. Once we figured out how to communicate, basically them translating the tech stuff into plain English. It was smooth. But that took a few weeks to settle into.
