The accounting firm of Kelly, Dickerson & Sombar, C.P.A.'s was formed on August 25, 1978 from a proprietorship of William E. Kelly, C.P.A. started in 1956. In 1993, the firm's name was changed to Sombar & Cimo, C.P.A.'s. In early 1994, Stephen D. Cimo left the firm. Effective January 1, 1998 the firm was incorporated and the name is now Sombar & Company, CPAs, P.A.
