I am e-commerce manage of the Magnetik onliine shop. We represent exclusive Italian brands in Macedonia and we are the leading fashion retailer in our country.

For what projects/services did your company hire Solveo?

We hired Solveo in order to create the strategy for the creation of our online shop. They did market research in order to see if the products and brands offered by us would be sold online. The conclusion was that e-commerce solution for us was a must. They worked with outsourced developers to create the online shop and they developed a full strategic plan for the launch.

We chose Solveo, because the word of mouth for them is very strong and because they are the only local company which works seriously with product launch and GTM strategies.

The project for placing our products and brands online, or as we say digitalization of our shopping experience was divided in several stages, so lets deep dive into that.

• Stage 1, was market research, allocating opportunities, customer profiling and operational challenges for the fashion retailer.
• Stage 2, website layout, defining functionalities and continues communication with the outsourced development team.
• Stage 3, preparation and execution of the launch strategy for the online shop.
• Stage 4, monitoring and optimization.
• Stage 5, is an ongoing stage - creating and implementing all PPC campaigns working closely with e-commerce manager

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The launch was very successful, considering the fact that Magnetik is a fashion retailer which is representing 12 different international brands in N.Macedonia. They managed to introduce online shopping, to shoppers who used to shop only in their physical stores. Now after almost 2 years, the revenue and profits got doubled.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and the workflow was as expected. Several workshops were facilitated and the team was responsive at the speed of light.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team dives deep down for each challenge. Their multidisciplinary team always has the best solution, and even when things don't go as expected, they always find a way to solve the challenge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now we don't have any complains, we trust their process and we are satisficed with all their actions.

I’m the CEO of Pleeco, a software engineering company. We create data analytical solutions for enterprise customers.

We were preparing to launch a new SaaS product and needed a digital marketing agency to take the lead. Our initial goal was to test the messaging for different audience, attract beta testers and create a foundation for the product launch.

I met Solveo's founder on one of the community forums dedicated to SaaS businesses. He was actively advising other SaaS vendors and appealed to me as a knowledgeable and empathetic professional.

Initially, Solveo made an audit of our website and existing brand materials. They set up a basic plan for testing various social channels and growing our organic traffic. Then, they took charge of executing that strategic plan to build content, run social campaigns and tracking response with analytics.

We worked with 3 - 4 people from Solveo, including an account manager who oversaw our collaboration. Their team is truly multi-disciplinary with wealth of experience in marketing, social media, and content development. Also the network of experts and communities they have access to is invaluable.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We explored and tested messaging in all major social and community platforms, including Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other. We narrow down to a specific niche of potential customers and run campaigns to collect initial feedback. As a result we were able to attract and sign-up over 1200 beta users and build a waitlist of subscribers that formed the core of our community.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Solveo was great at delivering on time and great at communicating whenever we faced roadblocks on either’s end. We coordinated with them on content development, using ClickUp for tracking progress and content management. We communicated daily via Slack, had weekly calls with their team to review updates and progress, and Solveo was delivering monthly reports to track the project goals and KPIs. Overall we felt that Solveo was like an extension of our own team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One aspect of Solveo that really stood out was that they took the time to understand our product and business model we were trying to build. Their versatility, talent and relationships they have in the marketing space are phenomenal, which went a long way in securing our relationship.

Not really. They did a great job, and we were very happy with their performance.

We hired Solveo for our first real marketing and product launch efforts. Solveo came up with and implemented a strategy for reaching prospective customers and generally raising awareness of our product and company.

The strategy was highly varied and encompassed a multitude of activities, among others: the production and posting of content on social media (with a focus on Twitter and LinkedIn), production of in-depth blog posts, exploring and generating opportunities for PR or guest appearances, lead generation, assistance with decks and presentations, and consistently sharing threads on social media where I could contribute to the discussion and raise awareness of the product.

Solveo were referred by a friend, a startup founder at a slightly later stage than ours. I had noticed a considerable improvement of the quality of the marketing materials his company was posting, and he shared that it was the works of the Solveo folks.

It is an ongoing effort, so the exact activities change in response to changes in the product roadmap.

We had two main points of contact, a design lead and a marketing strategist. In addition to that, the co-founder of Solveo also attended many of our meetings.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The social media aspect has been great, with a massive increase in impressions we get on both LinkedIn and Twitter. In addition to this, we constantly get praised by people in our network on the quality and dynamism of our content. In addition to this, the Solveo team has generated hundreds of leads, as well as surfacing dozens of discussions online I could join.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was excellent. It included corresponding via a shared channel in Slack, which really worked great for us and made the communication very quick and responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their versatility. I don't think I've worked with a company that is able to cover so much ground. They were very entrepreneurial and proactive in their thinking.

Not significantly.
