I’m the co-founder of Mridu AI, a business services company. We provide affordable AI agents that help businesses communicate with customers in multiple languages or dialects, enabling more natural and effective interactions.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire SolveEase to accomplish for Mridu AI?

We wanted to build a conversational AI platform with a voice pipeline to automate tasks like customer support through voice AI agents. These agents are backed by AI providers like GPT and Claude with multilingual support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SolveEase developed a fully working web platform with PWA support. They also created API endpoints and business logic to handle the platform’s integration with services. The main focus was on backend development and integrations. Our team handled the design in collaboration with SolveEase to ensure a common goal.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our response time for one conversation was around three seconds, and SolveEase reduced it to 1.5 seconds. We also booked 300+ business demos, which resulted in onboarding our initial client. Currently, we’re pitching to investors to scale the platform at higher levels.Moreover, user satisfaction was nice in real-time. Most users completed a minimum of two minutes of conversation, which was good for us. Our business clients reduced their turnaround time for customer queries by 30%. Operational effectiveness for clients was boosted by an average of 30%. Lead generation was around 5% compared to our 2% manual generation earlier.

How did SolveEase perform from a project management standpoint?

SolveEase delivered on time. They gave us an extension period of 5–7 days to ensure QA and implement some changes we wanted that were out of scope. It worked for both of us. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The key was understanding our needs and using open source and free tiers to various providers to ensure our cost breakdown remained on the lower side with better unit economics. It helped us serve a larger number of users compared to our estimation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The multi-language switching could have been better. Users switched between Hindi, English, and Kannada in real-time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SolveEase's ERP software has reduced much of the redundant data entry part of my work by 80% or more. Since a huge part of my time was given to data entry, this has saved a very good amount of time daily, freeing me up to think and grow the business beyond just daily operations.

Moreover, the website has given us better online visibility and works as our online portfolio. Regarding marketing, SolveEase's campaigns are driving a very good ROI on the monthly expense of that campaign.

SolveEase delivers on time. We communicate via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike other vendors we've come across in this field, SolveEase is extremely focused on getting us measurable outcomes rather than just delivering their work. They constantly go above and beyond to ideate about getting the most (financially) out of whatever they build.
