I’m the head of marketing. We provide a global payment orchestration platform, financial automation, and cybersecurity services. Our platform enables businesses to centralize, automate, and secure payment operations across 40+ countries with 300+ local payment methods.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Soluze supported us in developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO and AEO strategy across our websites. Their work included a full audit of our digital presence, technical SEO improvements, content optimization, and the implementation of strategies to improve visibility not only on traditional search engines like Google but also across emerging AI and LLM-based search environments. Key deliverables included SEO and AEO audits, keyword and search intent analysis, technical and content optimization recommendations, ongoing performance monitoring, and strategic guidance to improve qualified traffic and lead generation.Additionally, they supported us in implementing a chatbot on one of our websites, managing the integration process and helping optimize its performance to enhance user experience and engagement. Soluze handled both the strategic guidance and the execution. Their team implemented the technical changes directly, including SEO optimizations, content updates, and the integration of the chatbot on our website. They managed the process end-to-end, ensuring the implementation was smooth and aligned with the strategy, while continuously monitoring performance and making improvements where needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear improvements in several KPIs. Qualified organic traffic increased by around 30%–40%, conversion rates improved by approximately 15%–20%, and we generated a higher number of inbound leads through our websites.Additionally, our visibility in search engines strengthened significantly, and we began seeing better positioning not only in traditional search results but also across emerging AI-driven search environments and LLM platforms.The implementation of the chatbot also had a measurable impact on user engagement and user experience, helping guide visitors more efficiently and improving interaction on the website. Since the chatbot was implemented from scratch, we were able to track its impact very clearly from the beginning. Within the first few months, the bot was handling around 40–60 interactions per day on average.This helped improve the inbound experience by guiding visitors more efficiently to the information they were looking for and answering common questions instantly. As a result, we saw stronger engagement on the site and a smoother user journey, which contributed to better inbound lead generation and overall user experience. Overall, the project contributed to stronger digital visibility and better performance across our main marketing channels.Another important outcome was the improvement in the structure and performance of our websites, which made them more optimized for search, faster to navigate, and better aligned with how users search and interact online today.
