What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The build was a complete disaster from start to finish. The developer was contracted to build a web3 content sharing platform. The work was slow and poor quality with horrible communication from the team.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They constantly ran late on deliverables with no communication as to why. The initial 4 weeks of work took them 11 weeks to complete. Basic tasks took much longer than they should have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They delivered work late, full of bugs and security issues then refused to take responsibility and correct the faults even though sensitive data had been leaked.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Solidity.io could have done differently?

Yes. They could hire devs who are skilled in the field of web3 and not try to force their clients into paying them retainers to fix prior bad work.
