Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I specifically signed up to the service of Founder Brand Strategy. It was 8 weeks long and included two video call presentations (mid-project and final) and two structured feedback rounds.

First, I had a half-day strategy workshop with the founders to understand my problem statement and my goals, but also to delve deeper into my business.

The strategy included competitive analysis, core positioning, messaging framework, content and channel strategy, and a full detailed GTM roadmap with KPIs. They also built a clear execution plan which made it clear how much financial and human resources were required to achieve the KPIs. The budget and resource planning were a real highlight. It just gives you a really sober view of how achievable the set KPIs are.

Additionally, the team included a marketing infrastructure plan, a martech recommendation, and a crisis mitigation guide.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key outcome for me was clarity. I had conflicting ideas about the tone of voice, brand posture, channel mix for my personal brand. I went from a million questions around where to invest my energy and resources to having a clear positioning, messaging, and actionable plan on how to make it a growth channel. What was also important is that the strategy was detailed and realistic. The team took into consideration my time and resource limits.

I had a dedicated project manager, Anna, assigned to my project. She was very quick and clear in her responses. Every step of the work was transparent and well-communicated, which was very important to me.

The founders were very proactive, flexible, and clearly knew what they were doing. All my questions and requests were addressed. I also greatly appreciated that the founders have strong industry connections, which was very valuable for me as a founder of a startup planning to raise funding.
